BSA 앱(com.fnsvalue.guardian.authenticator)의 계정(회원) 삭제 방법과 삭제되는 데이터를 안내합니다.

How to delete your account for the BSA app (com.fnsvalue.guardian.authenticator) and what data is removed.

앱에 로그인할 수 있다면 즉시 처리됩니다.

If you can still sign in, this takes effect immediately.

탈퇴는 즉시 이뤄지며 앱이 종료됩니다. 삭제된 계정은 복구할 수 없고, 다시 이용하려면 새로 가입해야 합니다.

Deletion is immediate and the app closes. A deleted account cannot be restored — you must register again to use the service.

본인 확인 절차를 거친 뒤 삭제를 진행하며, 처리 결과를 회신드립니다.

We verify your identity before deleting, then reply with the result.

관련 법령에서 보관을 의무화한 인증·접속 기록은 법정 보관 기간 동안 분리 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
Authentication and access logs that we are legally required to keep are stored separately for the period the law requires, then destroyed.

앱에서 직접 탈퇴한 경우 — 즉시
이메일 요청의 경우 — 접수 후 지체 없이 처리하고, 처리 결과를 10일 이내에 알려드립니다.

Email request — processed without delay after receipt; we notify you of the result within 10 days.
